Mani,
      Out here in California, the various fleet auctions are excellent
places to get just such vehicles.  You may have them in your part of the
country also.  The Ford Tempo is a popular fleet vehicle, and with the
economy what it is, many county and municipal fleets are driving their
cars into the ground.  The US Government auctions are also good places to
look.
       And even if you don’t find the car you want, the auction should be
fun.  I’d give anything to be able to hear an auctioneer from North
Carolina in action!
