I love driving down the city, at maybe 35, 40..keep’en around the speed
limit, when this car flies by you at about 55, races in front of you. You
watch him pass 5 cars, swurving in and out of the left and right lanes and
ends up next to you at a light about one mile down the road.
One time, that happened, and I saw the kid and kinda new him. I
looked over and him and told him what a stupid moran he was.
Now me…I have my city planned out. When and where the light
change and what they are. If I need to get from one end of town, reala
quick. I use main and side streets, step on it, and end up at every green
light possible. It’s great!

hey, hold down the flames Duane. i have a four cylinder 16 valve ( how the
hell do you have two valves, the cylinders share?) and am lucky to get
90hp on my civic. Point is, this is a driving newsgroup, not
alt.speed.12-cylinder.500hp.custom-built.hot-rod.turbo-charge
newsgroup.
Though this guy does need a dictionary. Then again, I prebably made a
few mistakes on this post. But I will answer the orig. post. I too know
the street light timings in my city. I still swerve. Why, cause it’s
fun!!! I am seldom in a car to go to point a to point B in a small
amount of time. I usually leave well before I should just so I can cruise
around. It’s the fun factor in driving. I can get into my car which
is on the driveway, drive for 3-4 hours and never leave that damn car.
If you want an explanation, cannot give you one I. Try is once, the rush
you feel, the enjoyment of seeing people flipping you off from behind,
cutting off other cars by inches, it’s fun. Damn, what an asshole I am!!
NO wonder people driveway shoot.
