Anyone heard of or used this gadget called the Defuser made
by K40 Electronics of Elgin, Ill. It’s a small electronic
circuit board built into the car’s license plate holder or
hidden in the grill. A small lens continually emits a powerful
invisible field of infra-red light that’s meant to confuse
police lasers. K40 promises to pay back in double any laser
speeding tickets one may get within the first year.
So is this another piece of junk or there is some merit to it.
