Feedback on WindStar or Villager

I am considering between a Windstar or Villager/Quest Minivan. Since the
windstar is so new, does anyone on the net has any experience (good/bad)
with it? Also, any comments on the Villager or Quest is much appreciated.

Thanks

I have 94 Quest for 2 weeks / 1000 ml. When I was cosidering my options
about a month ago I rulled out Windstar (dispite of favorable reviews)
because: 1. it’s a first year production – so no any reliability
records; 2. I don’t have much cargo to carry – so Windstar added cargo
room is of no use to me.

The thing I considered the most important in my decision was as-close-
to-the-car handling and ride as possible. And I found the Quest to be
the #1 in this category. For some reason Quests I test drove handles
a little better then Villagers. I know it’s strange – it’s suppose to
be the same car, but that is my impression after test driving several
    vans of each make.

The only complain I have about my Quest – fit and finish and assembly
quality could be a little better (Ford job). Not really a big deal but
small things like alligment of sliding door window, driver door rubber
sealing etc. is not always perfect. Also after about 1 week automatic
transmission fluid leeked a little bit – went to the dealer, they
tightened some connector and it’s gone now.

Still think that I made the right choice.

    Good luck in your decision.
